The 1300w motor is efficiently powered by the rechargeable 60v 5Ah lithium-ion battery, which is easy to get to and can be fully charged in around 140 mins. It should operate your lawn mower for around 38 minutes which should be plenty of time to get your lawn mown. Simple to operate and easy to maneuver around garden objects, you can also get up close to borders and edges. Ideal for lawns of around 25m x 25m.

The hard top is essential to stop dust flying up into your face as you mow. This is particularly helpful during drier conditions.

If your grass is too long to collect you can choose to either side or rear discharge it. It will sit on your lawn and wilt naturally and even return some vital nutrients back to the soil. However if you have pets or children that may walk the grass back into the house you might prefer not to use this option.

This Mountfield S46 PD Li features an incredibly efficient mulching system and this is great to use if your grass is not too long. The grass will be finely cut and recycled back to your lawn where it will act as a rich and natural fertilizer. You don’t need to worry about it looking untidy as you will barely notice the grass. The mulching kit is easy to attach and is provided as a standard accessory with this Mountfield S46 PD Li.

The steel chassis is robust and well built. Designed to take a few knocks and protect the engine and battery at the same time.
