Standard Service Package-
(Machine must be delivered to our workshop)

Our Standard Service Package includes the following:

• Complete strip-down and thorough cleaning of the machine

• Testing and lubrication of wheel and cutting motors

• Full diagnostic testing, including a printed report

• Replacement of blades and fitting screws

• Replacement of the main seal (where applicable)

• Firmware update to the latest available version

 

Price: £125.00 + parts, consumables, and VAT

 

Please note that any additional parts required will be charged separately. If you have any questions regarding the service, our team will be happy to assist.

 

Service Plus Package Whats included-

All of the above plus (We collect and return within 30 mile range and reinstall)

Repair Service

We provide professional repair services for a wide range of Robotic Lawnmowers.

If your Automower is experiencing faults, displaying error messages, having charging issues, cutting inconsistencies, Our experienced technicians are here to assist.

 

Our repair service includes:

• Full diagnostic assessment

• Identification and repair of electrical or mechanical faults

• Replacement of faulty components where required

• Software updates to the latest available version

• Comprehensive testing prior to return

 

A £40 deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from your final invoice. Our standard labour rate is £99 per hour, with any required parts charged separately.

On-Site Boundary wire repair-

If your robotic lawnmower is displaying a boundary wire fault or is no longer recognising its perimeter, we offer a professional boundary wire repair service to quickly restore normal operation.

 

Our service includes:

• Locating breaks or damage in the boundary wire

• Repairing or replacing damaged sections

• Testing signal continuity and system functionality

• Ensuring correct reconnection to the charging station

We use professional fault-finding equipment to accurately detect cable breaks, minimising disruption to your lawn.
